We’re Kinkead Optical Co., a family-owned independent eyewear shop in Omaha’s Millwork Commons. We carry thoughtfully chosen frames from independent designers who do things a little differently. Our job is to help you find the pair that feels right for you, with good advice and no pressure.

We specialize in eyewear that feels like you, from everyday frames and sunglasses to custom designs and prescription lenses. Every pair is expertly fitted by our optician, Alex Kinkead.
Need an adjustment, a repair, or help figuring out which lenses are right for you? We can help with that, too. We offer custom lens shapes, tints, sunglass clips, and frame details. We’ll walk you through your options to help you make your glasses your own.
