  • We accept health savings accounts, health reimbursement accounts, and flex spending accounts. While we do not bill directly to EyeMed or VSP, we can provide an itemized receipt for an out of network reimbursement.

  • Most glasses are ready within 1–2 weeks. However, if you have an urgent need or deadline, we will work with you to fulfill your needs. Our lab takes the time to ensure great quality lenses, so you’re getting the best possible product.

  • Bring your most recent glasses prescription with you. If you don’t have it on hand, you can still shop! We can take your measurements and fill your order as soon as you get your prescription. Don’t let not having a prescription stop you from shopping for a new pair of glasses!

  • We’re happy to work with an existing pair of glasses. Depending on the brand, we can order new lenses and replace your old ones in the shop without sending your glasses to the lab.

  • If you purchased your glasses from Kinkead Optical Co., we’ve got you covered! Our lab includes a two-year lens warranty, allowing us to replace scratched lenses at no additional cost.

  • Yes! We can make prescription sunglasses. We also do custom tints and offer polarized lenses.

  • There are lots of ways to personalize your glasses. We can:

    • Add nose pads

    • Add acetate build-up pads

    • Modify bridges

    • Add blue light protection, transition lenses, or sunglass tints

    • Turn any frame into sunglasses or optical glasses

    • Work with you to pick the size, shape, and color of your frame through the bespoke options we have
